Our Story - As passionate healthcare professionals, we knew there was an immediate need for more structured rehabilitation for those suffering from traumatic brain injuries. We started developing our brand in 2015 with one residential location. We renovated the house to accommodate our clients' needs and began to conceptualize an outlook for the future. Fast forward to 2026, we have several residential locations in Metro Detroit and feature a state-of-the-art inpatient day program. The day program includes many unique rehabilitation services, a sheltered workshop and a devoted staff that care deeply for our clients. 






 

CareFirst Rehabilitation is inpatient / outpatient program for those with cat. We specialize in treating those with severe traumatic brain injuries along with specialized care for individuals with spinal cord injuries at the C5 level and below who do not require ventilator support.
