The Sheltered Workshop offers a supportive vocational environment where clients can develop work skills, build confidence, and participate in productive activities while continuing their rehabilitation journey. The program provides structured opportunities that promote responsibility, teamwork, and personal achievement.
Sheltered Workshop

Through supervised work experiences and skill-building activities, participants strengthen cognitive, behavioral, and vocational abilities in a safe and encouraging setting. The Sheltered Workshop helps clients increase independence, develop transferable skills, and prepare for future employment opportunities and community participation.

Local Partnerships
Care First Rehabilitation partners with eight local organizations to provide meaningful community-based vocational opportunities for our clients. Through activities such as warehouse support, food bank assistance, shelter services, clerical work, custodial duties, and serving meals to veterans, participants develop valuable life and job skills while building confidence, independence, and a stronger connection to their community.
